The market is slowing or has bottomed out at this time making it a great time to invest, particularly with interest rates continuing to stay low. But, for how long this situation will last is anyone’s guess. Buyers should be looking now to take advantage of the interest rates; they are bound to go up. Sellers also benefit from the lower interest rates. It allows buyers to come into the market at a higher value and less exposure.
